Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Procedures:
- Step 1: Consultation
On-site consultation, we like to get to know you, your home, or your business. During our consultation, we will perform an inspection of the upholstery before cleaning to determine the best cleaning procedures, soil level, spots, type of fabric, wear and tear, and provide you with a written cleaning proposal, and answer any questions that you may have. - Step 2: Protection
Walking area protection, and working area protection from any over-spray during the cleaning process.
Step 3: Pre-Vacuuming of entire furniture piece (3 Seat Sofa, Love Seat, Club Chair, Recliners, Dinning Chairs, Lounge Chairs, Ottomans).
- Step 4: Pre- Conditioning
Application of pre-spray for fine fabric allowing penetration in fabric to release soil and assist during agitation and extraction.
- Step 5: Agitation
Agitation will be performed in heavily soiled areas to release soil and to make full contact between the fabric and pre-spray. We utilize an oscillating machine with double heads with super soft natural brushes.
- Step 6: Rinsing
Full rinsing using solvent or water-based products depending on fabric type with maximum soil and moisture recovery. In this step we utilize the most sophisticated dry-master tool that cleans and vacuums in one pass without over-wetting fabrics and allow for super-fast drying times.
- Step 7: Drying
Installation of professional drying air movers to speed the drying of the cleaned upholstery. Typical drying time is between 2-4 hours depending on the fabric type.
- Step 8: Protection Fabric Protector
Fabric protector application, we apply the finest fabric protector that bonds to your fabric and creates a repellency protecting your furniture from re-soiling, accidental spills, and spots. Protects and prolongs the life and beauty of furniture, and is hypoallergenic.

Your leather cleaning will start like with anything else with an inspection of your leather furniture. Small test of cleaning and leather response will be performed at no cost to you, then we would begin without soil removal utilizing specialty leather cleaning products specifically designed for your type of leather. Once your cleaning is completed, we will massage areas of the leather with soft cloths to open up pores on leather to allow conditioning cream to penetrate and moisturize your leather furniture for long lasting effect. Protective finish can be applied to treated furniture. Our professional leather treatment will help in soil removal, but it cannot remove: scratches, old damages from previous cleanings or soil penetration, dry cracks, etc. Some leather furniture may need restoration in addition to cleaning.
